Job Description

Our client is a global cost consultancy, highly respected in the GCC. As part of their structured growth plans, there are looking to on-board an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is an expert within their field, a confident communicators and possess strong leadership skills to oversee and guide the quantity surveying team towards successful project delivery.A successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have :

Proven track record - at least 8 to 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Confident with cost estimation software such as CostX.
High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English.
Chartership is desired (MRICS).
Strong pre-contract experience and capable of managing the full project lifecycle.
Portfolio of cross-sector experience (e.g. residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments).
Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
Available to start in Q4 2024 or Q1 2025 (with a 1 month notice period)
