Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at MAHE, Dubai. Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, conducting research, supervising students, participating in departmental activities, and contributing to the development of the curriculum. They will also be responsible for mentoring and advising students, publishing research findings, and engaging in scholarly activities.QualificationsPh.D. or equivalent degree in Marketing or a relevant disciplineStrong teaching skills and experience in higher educationResearch experience and a strong publication recordA passion for mentoring and guiding studentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated expertise in the specific field of specializationAbility to work collaboratively with colleaguesExperience in curriculum development is a plusCourses required to be handled but not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Marketing Management\xc2\xb7 Digital Marketing\xc2\xb7 Services Marketing\xc2\xb7 Global Business Strategy\xc2\xb7 Sustainability\xc2\xb7 Marketing Analytics
