JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop plans & execute customer acquisition and retention strategies tailored to target customer base focusing on conversion rates, sales and customer retention typical to those in the ecommerce sectors.
- Apply marketing analytics to identify segments, boost sales and increase engagement.
- Analyze existing and past campaigns and find opportunities to optimize the campaigns, audiences or customer segments to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Plan, Execute and Measure marketing campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention leveraging various marketing channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Review and measure digital & marketing KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with peers to define customer segments and align on growth strategies.
- Configure systems, tools, and processes to support sales growth and effective marketing through data-driven initiatives.
