Your primary focus will be on meticulously managing end-to-end voucher operations, ensuring flawless execution and reporting in alignment with established processes and standards. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating transparent communication and collaboration between marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic vision of the regional marketing team while honing your skills in process optimization and stakeholder management.Oversee end-to-end voucher operations, including creation, quality check, deployment, monitoring, and reporting for all 8 countries in the MENA region, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to process and SOP.Manage purchase requisition (PR) approvals for marketing teams in 8 markets, ensuring proper documentation, budget availability, and timely approval or escalation as per process.Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and management of marketing budgets and expenses, including timely processing of invoices and reconciliations.Support with performance reporting and data compiling when needed for the team.Proactively track and communicate important deadlines to the 8 markets, including marketing spend ( BE) submission, PR raising deadlines, and forecast updates, ensuring timely compliance.Provide operational support to other members of the regional marketing team as neededQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
