Job SummaryAssist Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy for the business unit across various products to drive revenue, market share, profitability and other business goals.Roles & Responsibilities1-Category Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for responsible categories to achieve company objectives. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics. Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively reach and engage them. 2. Portfolio Strategy:Develop and execute the best portfolio strategy for responsible categories which has the right product mix according to market segmentations that we want to play in. 3.Brand Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the responsible categories to achieve company objectives. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics. Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively reach and engage them. 4.Brand Positioning:Define and refine the brand's positioning to differentiate it from competitors. Ensure consistent messaging and brand image across all communication channels. 5. 360 Communication:Communication strategies for responsible categories in each and every platform in line with the company goals from all platforms. (online and offline) 6.Product Launches:Oversee the development and execution of product launch strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful launch. 7.Marketing Campaigns:Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy. Collaborate with advertising, PR, and digital marketing teams to create effective campaigns. 8.Budget Management:Develop and manage the brand/category marketing budget. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all brand-related activities. 9.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals. 10.Brand Guidelines:Establish and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints. Ensure that internal and external teams adhere to brand standards.KPIs
