Role Purpose: The Associate Manager - Onsite would be responsible to improve user experience and ease of navigation on Home Page, Category and Campaign Landing Pages. The role holder will also be responsible to work with their own Country and / or Market to implement sale campaigns and Carrefour offers while working on data to optimize the platform experience and conversion rate.
Role Details: Optimize Banner CTRs and Banner Conversion rate for Home Page. Optimize bestselling and offer based products displayed through product carousels and banners. Implement monthly, weekly and daily sale campaigns in sync with allocated market merchandising team. Ensure visibility to all categories on Home Page and improve overall discoverability & experience of the platform. Work with product team to improve navigation and introduce new features to enhance the onsite experience. Deploy content marketing communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase long-term buyer retention. Ensure product boosting on all landing pages on the lines of historical sales, impressions, sales to impressions ratio, seasonality, offers and conversion rate. Work with merchandising team to increase the catalog size and keep products in stock and maximize offers within campaigns. Optimize onsite properties daily while relying on key onsite metrics (GMV, Orders, CR, CTR, CTT, impressions, clicks etc.) Submit reports to the relevant department heads and management. Coordinate with design team for creation of content for Home Page and Landing Pages.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant discipline Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related function with an Ecommerce pure player company. Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL knowledge would be a plus Comfortable working with MS Excel & PowerPoint Creative thinking & content writing Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Good time management skills Highly analytical in thinking
