Job Description

Noveria DMCC is one of the leading group of companies headquartered in the UAE spearheading divisions of Specialty chemicals Trading & FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager - Human Resources to join our team. The role is integral HR operations, oversee recruitment activities, policy development & implementation and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Laws amongst others. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing payroll and overall HR services, ensuring a positive and productive work environment within our manufacturing and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across Office & Factory Operations, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business and operational needs.

Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements covering both Office & Factory operations, facilitate the hiring process and resolve any staffing related challenges.

Ensure smooth operations by coordinating manpower across various shifts and ensuring Company Policies & Labor standards are adhered to.

Build and maintain relationships with outsourced manpower providers, educational institutions, and industry networks to attract high-quality talent.

Oversee the administration of outsourced workforce services, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Oversee all immigration-related processes, including work permits, residency visas (new and renewals), cancellations and any related issues while ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws.

Lead Emiratisation initiatives to hire, develop, and retain UAE Nationals in the organization.

Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly inducted, provided with relevant information & company policies, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed for new employees.

Oversee the offboarding process for resigning or terminating employees, ensuring smooth exits, conducting exit interviews, and managing the return of company property and final settlements.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor laws and regulations for both in-house and outsourced employees, including working hours, overtime, and termination procedures.

Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with UAE Labor law and company policies.

Work closely with department managers to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and clear performance objectives for employees.

Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring it is conducted fairly, on time, and with constructive feedback.

Administer employee incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, medical insurance, workmen compensations, accommodation and performance-based rewards.

Ensure the timely and transparent disbursement of incentives based on employee performance and company achievements.

Oversee payroll administration, ensuring the accurate processing of salaries, allowances, benefits, and deductions in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Ensure all payroll data is recorded and maintained accurately, providing support for payroll-related queries from employees.

Develop and implement training programs in collaboration with department managers to enhance employees' skills, performance, and career progression.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general queries.

Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records, including employee contracts, performance evaluations, and personal information.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events to enhance morale and foster a positive work environment.

Prepare HR-related reports, including recruitment statistics, performance reviews, payroll data, employee engagement metrics, and training outcomes.

Provide senior management with insights and data-driven recommendations to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management and employees to maintain compliance with all legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant:



Minimum 5 years in a similar HR role, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.

Strong preference for candidates from

FMCG manufacturing

.

Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong organizational, strategic, and stakeholder management abilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labour laws, compensation structures, and employee benefits

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
