JOB TITLE Corporate Communications, Associate Manager - Emirati TalentROLE SUMMARY In this role you will support the Communication Lead across various aspects of the business including the development and implementation of a sound Communications and Public relation strategy that complements the strategic positioning of the business.ROLE PROFILE
Manage and implement a year-round calendar of communication activities.
Oversee all news releases production for new launches, activites, construction announcement etc.
Support the development and execution of internal communications strategy to business which both enhance the awarness and engagement.
Develop high-quality and informative internal communications content, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Support the planning and execution of partnerships and activations including CSR, local and international collaboration initiatives, Ramadan events, and other community engagement activities.
Develop high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related PR materials.
Manage media engagements and liaise with Public Relation agency and media outlets to maximize positive coverage and achieve optimal outcomes for media campaigns.
Ensure relevant news is shared effectively to drive engagement within the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills with good understanding of media landscape.
Initative taker and problem solving skills
2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, or media relations.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience in managing different platforms and content creation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
