Responsible to oversee end to end MEP maintenance by engaging in preventive maintenance of the MEP Equipment installed in the assigned Facility. Ability to perform repairs to heaters, filters, pumps, motors, cleaning systems, pool lighting and chlorination systems of pool

• Installation and repair of pipes, fittings, water supply and waste disposal systems of swimming pool..

• Testing Water quality, Alkalinity and pH balance. Cleaning out filtration units.

• Installation & Maintenance of sewages water treatment system.

• Installation & Maintenance of water treatment system like sand filter, carbon filter, iron remover filter etc

• Handle chemicals namely, chlorine or celite, required to maintain the safety and Cleanliness quality standards of the pool.

• Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment.

• Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment.

• Clean, adjusts, and performs minor repairs to swimming pools auxiliary equipment.

• Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools.

• Ensures proper safety procedures are complied with as per company policies and procedures

• Monitors, implements and coordinates provisions of the premises emergency management plans

• Understanding of pool plumbing and water flow, (main drains, skimmers, pool returns, pump supply and discharge lines, filters, heaters)

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable
• 2 yrs ITI or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Electronics or Equivalent is a must or 1 yr ITI or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Electronics or Equivalent is a must

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with 2 years ITI and minimum 5 year Experience with 1 year ITI or equivalent .
• Result orientation, problem solving and people management skills.
• Interpersonal Skills, Planning & Organizing skills and Planning & Organizing skills.

Competent communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
