What you will doThe Associate IT Business Analyst role will be responsible for demonstrating business process understanding to gain and assess user requirements to deliver coordinated solutions that meet team/company goals. You will be based in Dubai and part of a core team responsible for crafting, building, and maintaining the Project demands and related technologies for the Sales, Marketing, Pricing departments, Procurement, Operations and HR.How you will do:
Work with business partners to define and document user stories, existing and to-be business processes and functional requirements
Deliver updates, designing, development, testing and release of improvements and projects.
Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners
Provide production support for the Sales, Marketing, Pricing departments, Procurement, Operations and HR systems issues
Supply to multi-functional projects for technical development that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications
Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Analyst.
Accountable that technical solution design meets platform architecture guidelines. Provide feedback to the architecture community on architecture and design.
Accountable that work meet requirements with regards to Software Quality, reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance aspects of the solution.
Supports the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager on leading, tracking, and forecasting of solution development and delivery.
Responsible for validating test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution.
Support governance and quality principles, methodologies and objectives
What we look forPreferred:
Minimum of 1-2 years of IT SDLC & Project Management experience
Bachelors degree in IT or Related field
1-2 years working experience.
Experienced in Data Lake Environment.
Experience of ETL, SQL
Experience in PowerBi .
SFDC, Oracle fusion and Oracle PPM experience with PM capabilities is a PLUS
Understand CPQ capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to partners.
Solid understanding of overall sales, accounting and operational business processes, with in-depth knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes preferred.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems.
Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams.
Experience with system integrations and understand how to fix data discrepancies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate analytics findings various business teams.
Flexible and adaptable about learning and understanding new technologies.
Experience in sizeable multinational corporations preferred. Has a consistent record on working in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to handle multiple regional projects effectively.
