Associate Interior Designer will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring visionary interior designs to life. They will play a key role in the entire design process, from concept development through project execution, ensuring the seamless integration of all design elements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about aesthetics, and skilled in managing design implementation

Specific Responsibilities



• Collaborate in the development of design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that meet project goals and client expectations.
• Work with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design and seamless integration of interior elements with structural and mechanical systems.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and material selections using CAD and design software, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
• Oversee the implementation of design concepts through each phase of the project lifecycle, including construction, procurement, and installation.
• Assist in planning spatial layouts, focusing on flow, ergonomics, and functionality, while maximizing the potential of each space.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring that design intent is realized, and that work meets design standards and specifications.
• Support client presentations and maintain communication to gather feedback, make necessary adjustments, and foster client satisfaction.
• Experience in interior design or related fields; commercial, residential, or hospitality project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple project components, coordinate timelines, and oversee design execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, color, and materiality, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to addressing design challenges and finding creative, practical solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.



Qualifications

• Years of experience - 15 years
• Bachelor of Architecture / Interior Design
