The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women\'s Empowerment Principles.What you\'ll be doingOur Associate Product Development is responsible for driving new concepts in development of start-up luxury beauty brands, facilitating, and coordinating the product development process, and implementing the product strategy.Key Responsibilities:Development:- Support product development specialist in developing and implementing PD strategies and new product development across multiple brands and multiple categories - Identify gaps in the market, conduct market research and propose concepts accordingly - Coordinate and manage between multiple projects and developments across multiple brands and categories and support in organization - Quarterly competitor reporting on product launches and trends - Support Specialist on all points of product develop process and brief drafting. - Responsible for full development of GWPs across all brands - Assist team in supplier sourcing, product recommendation, brief writing, product mix selection, product feedback and marketing text writingSupplier Management:- Coordinate the product development process with supplier in a timely manner (R&D, stability, compatibility, formula, shade, fragrance, packaging, artwork design) - Keep track of ongoing projects, deadlines and deliverables - Coordinate across all project and development and implement and sustainable structure - Budget / invoice tracking and complianceTeam Support:- Support marketing and operations team - Quality control monitoring & product registration support to SC team - Create product training content and train Trainers of Retailers on all new launched - Build relationships with internal (marketing, supply chain, etc.) as well as external stakeholders (third party suppliers)Requirements: - Strong knowledge of the beauty industry - Very structured individual - Project management and coordination experience - Able to deliver new product launch presentations and events - 1 + years of experience in the beauty industry and preferably Product Development and/or project management and coordination ; ideally in high-end fragrances/make-upABOUT THE COMPANYThe Chalhoub Group is the leading partner for luxury across the Middle East since 1955.
