Energy Facultative Reinsurance Broker

What can you expect?

As an Energy Facultative Reinsurance Broker, you will play a key role in providing reinsurance services to clients in the Middle East markets.

We will count on you to:

A broker who works independently with minimal supervision. He or she contributes to the development of solutions for clients needs, responds to client questions and supports the creation of products and programs.

With minimal input, manages the placement process and execution of the client`s go to market strategy.

Assists senior brokers with complex analysis, program design recommendations for clients, contract negations

Participates in the analysis of clients` exiting purchasing and assists broker in formulating recommendations for customized client risk transfer solutions.

Assists with responding to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly in order to maintain client satisfaction.

Supports maintenance of business pipeline, coordinating follow-up.

UK: Works with BSS to resolve and prevent problems where possible

Responsible for maintaining market response and placement progress and communicating to senior broker and client

Responsible for post placement review and executing actions

What you need to have:

Preferably 3+ years of experience as industrial / large risk property reinsurance or insurance Broker.

ARe designation

CPCU courses (US)

UK: ACCII preferred

Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and industry leaders at all levels

Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks

Well-versed in Microsoft Office software and power BI

Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines

English as 1st language preferable, both verbal and written

Good communication, presentation, and project management skills

Ability to handle significant workflow through efficient time management

Ability to identify and solve potential problems

Technical expertise in reinsurance, with particular emphasis on industrial / large risk property segment
