• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
• Prepare and process employee documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure pre-employment documentation is complete.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with training programs.
• Provide administrative support in training and development programs.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
• Stay updated on labor law changes and assist in implementing compliance measures.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in employee relations or HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
