Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with 7-10 years of expertise in Oracle technologies, including WebLogic, SOA Suite, Oracle Content Management, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, API Modeling, BPM, BAM, and production deployment experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture:


Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for the implementation of Oracle technologies.



• Oracle Technologies Expertise:


Proficient in Oracle WebLogic Server administration and configuration.
Extensive experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including design, development, and integration.
Knowledge of Oracle Content Management for effective content handling and collaboration.
Design and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM Suite.
Implement BAM to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.



• API Modeling:


Design and model APIs to facilitate seamless integration between applications and systems.
Implement API best practices and ensure security and scalability.



• Production Deployment:


Oversee and lead the deployment of solutions into production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve any deployment-related issues.



• Collaboration:


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.



• Documentation:


Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, design, and deployment processes.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for team members.




• Team Leadership:


Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
Effective collaboration and communication within a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.



Good to have:

• Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.


• Containerization and Orchestration: Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.


• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.


• Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security best practices in application and infrastructure design, including encryption, identity management, and secure coding principles.


• Data Integration: Experience in data integration techniques and tools, ensuring seamless flow and transformation of data across different systems.



Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on Oracle technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, SOA Suite, Content Management, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Proven experience in API modeling and implementation.
Strong expertise in BPM and BAM.
Hands-on experience with production deployment and troubleshooting.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or other relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
