Roles and Responsibilities
• Generate leads through a combination of email campaigns, social media, and phone calls.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about the features and benefits of our services or products.
• Effectively communicate service or product information to potential customers.
• Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of individual prospects.
• Strong understanding of regional compliance such as ISR, ADHICS, and Data Privacy, ISO 27001 other cybersecurity regulations.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly targets and work towards meeting or exceeding set goals.
• Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in the IT industry is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
