The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and website management, with a proven track record of driving online sales and improving website performance.
Manage the overall functionality and performance of the e-commerce website
Update website content, product listings, and promotions regularly
Coordinate with the tech team or developers to implement any website updates or enhancements that will provide a better experience to the customer
Monitor website traffic, sales, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain a trade plan in line with the brand direction and campaign
Create CRM and digital paid advertising for the brand with KPIs linked to the website performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, operations to implement the trade plan
Ensure website compliance with legal and security requirements
Provide regular reports and analysis on website performance to management
Ensure that the operations of the e-commerce business is running smoothly
Work closely with the Group customer care team to ensure that the customer queries are answered promptly and in the right manner
Lead the project of creating a new website when needed
What you\'ll need to succeed
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or a related field
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms. Preference in Shopify
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
