Associate - Real Estate Valuations (Audit Support)
You will be part of a team of Specialists that support the Audit Team by reviewing real estate valuations across a wide range of sectors for financial reporting purposes; in order to ensure alignment with the market, accounting and valuation standards. Your responsibilities will include:

You will be part of a team of Specialists that support the Audit Team by reviewing real estate valuations across a wide range of sectors for financial reporting purposes; in order to ensure alignment with the market, accounting and valuation standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the appropriateness of valuation methodologies and underlying assumptions
- Performing market research on comparable transaction prices, rental rates, discount rates and yields
- Conducting complex analysis on Excel and developing valuation models under the supervision of senior colleagues.
- Reporting findings in a clear and concise manner, documenting review procedures performed and market evidence to support the conclusion on value
Qualifications and Education:
- An in-depth understanding of the application of all 5 valuation methods
- Completion of a Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years\' experience in real estate valuations
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Multilingual/Arabic is a plus
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC candidate - Valuation Pathway
