The purpose of Associate Director QHSSE Systems Implementation is to oversee the consistent deployment of QHSSE systems globally and to ensure that they are implemented as intended and meet the evolving need of the business as it scales.Key Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct the efforts of the QHSSE COE Team
Oversee HSSE team responsibilities with regards to ESG/sustainability reporting
Develop and manage core QHSSE training to improve the competency levels of QHSSE resources globally
Ensure the effectiveness and quality of all high-level incident investigations
In collaboration with regional QHSSE leads and the COE, facilitate action improvement plans to mitigate gaps in group QHSSE processes
Manage and execute the QHSSE readiness plans for all new IHS entities and regions
Work with the regional QHSSE and operational leadership teams to improve contractor competency and delivery from QHSSE perspective
Liaise with the systems team to identify and capture QHSSE system improvements
Implement the Safety Touches Program globally, ensuring adoption and monitoring key KPIs
Oversight of QHSSE Rewards and Recognition program globally
Manage the group Crisis and response planning under the guidance of the VP of QHSSE and in collaboration with Associate Director Security
Coach and Mentor regional leadership teams in effective QHSSE practices
Ensure the QHSSE global strategy is cascaded to regions and implemented as intended
Drive alignment and achievement of the group QHSSE Objectives
10+ years in progressively more Senior Project Management HSE, QAQC
3 years experience in a global or regional remit responsible for QHSSE delivery and performance
Job-Specific Competencies
In depth understanding of developing and managing the integrated management system for a complex global organization (Incident investigation, ISO Auditing, Risk Management, Behavioral Safety, Environmental Management)
Thorough understanding of ESG reporting frameworks
In depth knowledge of the microsoft suite of platform.
RCA facilitation an Incident investigation management
Emergency Response and Crisis management
Critical Risk Workshop Facilitation, Action Plan Development, and Implementation
Excellent communication and facilitation skills (Training Sessions and Meetings)
QC/QA management with a focus on Field execution and operational excellence
Internal and External Audit execution
