Associate Director Project Management Abu Dhabi Consultant Role

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director of Project Management to join our clients team working with an established developer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, budget forcasting, and planning QHSE standards.
- Work with cost teams to ensure project financing is delivered.
- Manage the preperation of consultant and contractor lists.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and construction standards
- Facilitate communication between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders
- Actively manage the defects liability period ensuring all issues are dealt with.
- Establish effective project governance, prcoesses, and systems ensuring these are kept to throughout the project lifecycles.
- Review and approve construction plans and designs
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale development projects
- Must have worked within the GCC
- Experience working on large urban, public relam or landscaping projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and practices
- A member of a recongnised body e.g. RIBA, CIOB, RICS
