Our client are seeking an experienced Project Lead / Associate Director to lead project execution across multiple high-impact initiatives. This senior role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery by overseeing strategic planning, program management, and resource optimization. You\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning projects with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards in quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work alongside leadership to develop and manage project development plans that align with company goals. Track KPIs related to project timelines, cost, and quality to drive continuous improvement.
Program Oversight: Guide teams on deliverables, conduct project reviews, support quality assurance, and lead financial forecasting. Oversee project managers, ensuring effective assignment of resources to achieve project milestones.
End-to-End Project Phases: Manage all project phases from initiation through closeout, including scheduling, budget control, contract management, and stakeholder communication. Participate in risk assessment and quality management.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both internal departments and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and client representatives, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of project management policies, procedures, and reporting systems. Promote the adoption of innovative technologies for enhanced productivity and project tracking.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Professional memberships (e.g., ICE, RIBA, MRICS) and PMP certification preferred.
Experience: 15-20 years of senior-level project management experience with at least 7-10 years in the UAE construction or consulting industry.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of construction and fit-out project principles, risk management, and sustainable building practices. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems; Oracle Primavera Unifier experience is advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and delegation abilities, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
