Participate in both origination and execution of Project Finance transactions, from the pitch phase through to closing
Support the origination and execution of project finance advisory and debt arranging transactions including detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and a careful review of project and finance documentation
Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings and internal stakeholder, covering topics such as financing markets, sector trends, strategic alternatives, and general project finance structures etc.
Prepare internal credit applications and business memos along with all supporting documents for various purposes including procuring the required approvals for each transaction
Develop financial models and prepare associated presentations under financial advisory transactions to be used by the clients and other stake holders for project evaluation
Evaluate detailed financial models under various operating scenarios and analyze the impacts of different sensitivities, capital structures, and potential financing transactions
Perform financial analysis of projects based on company information, financial model, DD reports, and other information sources
Keep an up-to-date knowledge of each of the assigned transaction including maintaining sufficient records on file to enable an audit or regulatory reviews
Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and projects
Research and analysis of markets and industries
Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients transaction level teams
Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank
Involved in day-to-day project management and execution support
Complete all required credit and regulatory examinations
Assist the portfolio management team with the ongoing monitoring of the allotted project finance transactions, highlight any potential risk issues, and help coordinate any discussions with the client and other lenders relevant to the transaction
