We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, a strong personality, and proven team-handling experience. If you do not have prior team management experience, you must demonstrate the leadership skills and ambition to step into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure target achievement.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand the customer base, and establish partnerships to enhance business growth.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and provide insights and reports to senior management.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Oversee negotiations, structure deals, and ensure a seamless sales process to close high-value property transactions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
If no prior team handling experience, must have the personality and drive to step into a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
RERA Certification (if applicable for the region).
Experience working with luxury property sales or investment portfolios.
