The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible with managing the organization's public relations and executing the annual communications strategy. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing all internal and external communication activities, ensuring message consistency, and enhancing brand recognition. Additionally, the Associate Director will lead all marketing and customer experience initiatives to drive company growth and deliver exceptional experiences for our communities. Providing high-quality customer service across all AE schools and improving the NPS year over year.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the region
• Communications experience is required
• Experience in the Education sector is preferred
• Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

Main Duties :
• To support the Chief Operating Officer in the development and implementation of marketing, communications, and customer service strategies to achieve enrolment targets and other customer service related KPIs in assigned ALDAR Education schools.
• This is achieved through collaboration with ALDAR Properties Marketing, Customer Experience and Communications support services, school in-house teams and key corporate and school stakeholders.
• Develop the Marketing & Communications strategy and the development of consistent messages and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders and internal/ external audiences through multiple channels.
• Develop and implement strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals and monitor their success.
• Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed.
• Develop relationships across all relevant working groups and with the Executive Leadership Team to raise their profile and to support the sharing of relevant information to our internal and external audiences both as leaders and as experts in their chosen field (thought leadership).
• To oversee all customer service activities to meet NPS yearly NPS target.
Specific Duties:
MARKETING & BRANDING
• To support the Head of Marketing and Branding in delivering marketing campaigns for operated schools and for AE to meet yearly enrolments targets.
• To design and deliver scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value added content that is suited to parents and prospects' needs as well as interests.
• To support integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles- internal, external, digital, social, web, etc
• To work closely with Principals to ensure the schools USPs are understood and clearly communicated to their target demographic.
• To support with launch of new schools and programs.
• To support strategic initiatives ideation through digital marketing and media planning.
COMMUNICATION
• To support the Head of Communication with the development of the communication strategy for the group and group of schools.
• To oversee the creation of communications collaterals to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more.
• To support with the development of the content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
• To promote and reinforce an inclusive culture by recognizing the unique nature of our business.
• To utilise multiple channels relevant to audience and message for maximize reach.
• To attend and be a proactive member of the relevant leadership meetings.
• To support with the development of the communication of new programme in country and in new market (new acquisition...).
• To work closely with Aldar Properties Communications team to leverage on synergies and opportunities.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• To oversee the operations of all AA Front of House (PREs and Admissions) and ensure the structure of day-to-day activities and reporting lines are leading to achieve set KPIs and that's its aligned with enrolments KPIs.
• To enhance leads conversion process on schools' level through briefing and training of FOH team/call centre staff, and centrally though the integration of systems reporting methods.
• To conduct competitor analysis and mystery shopping audits to benchmark our services.
• To map out parents' customer journey and improve parents' enrolment experience across all touch points.
• In charge of the customer service in all schools including complaints management, branding, enquiry conversion.
• Measuring and reporting to other stakeholders regarding the efforts and successes of the customer service department
• Establish and manage an external AE Enrolment Centre which will help promote the school brands and provide a central centre where parents can learn about all the group's schools and begin their parent journey
