Roles and Responsibilities 1. Undertake the overall management of finance and tax, to provide a full range of financial support for the local compliance across the Gulf Countries 2. Responsible for undertaking regional or legal entity\'s accounting, audit and tax reporting, financial report issuance and financial report analysis 3. MIS reporting to C-suite and leadership teams 4. Strong interpersonal skills to co-ordinate across multiple stakeholders in different geographies. Ability to multi task and build processes to manage the finance function efficiently 5. Oversee financial operations including P&L, balance sheets, and various financial reports such as sales, cost, and margin reports 6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization. 7. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with long-term goals. Desired Candidate Profile- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, management or related majors; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. - Minimum 6 years of experience in managing finance function at mid sized businesses - Hands on experience on accounting software Tally or equivalent; Strong understanding of ERP and other finance software\'s - Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency in a multi-vertical environment .- Experience in Education industry is preferred but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
