Overview of the roleThe primary purpose of the role is to spearhead the development and implementation of effective online marketing strategies while leveraging digital tools to enhance our brand presence and drive sales. The role will work closely with the digitalization team to identify, assess, and develop necessary digital tools tailored to our marketing needs. In addition to, serving as a key liaison between the marketing and digitalization teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the tool development process.The role also entails managing content across various online channels to effectively promote our real estate offerings and maintain brand consistency. Ultimately, the role will play a pivotal role in leveraging digital innovations to achieve our marketing objectives and elevate our online presence in the competitive real estate market.What you will doStrategic Development
Devise strategies/campaigns to drive online traffic to the websites.
Oversee the social media strategy for the group in all regions.
Overseeing and deliver an effective content marketing strategy, securing feedback, endorsement, and support from key stakeholders, tailored to customers, brand and key themes.
Deliver effective SEO and SEM marketing plans for all project assets, based on revenue targets.
Digital Inventory Content
Manage the content of Real Estate existing digital inventory/digital services which includes Mobile Applications, On-Ground Digital Network, Data Ecosystem, software/ hardware, etc.
Data and Analytics
Provide an overview on planning and execution of campaign data and analytics projects using Real Estate Data Ecosystem.
Provide guidance and thought leadership on analytical best practices to team members and business partners.
Budgetary management
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of content and liaison with other key budget holders in the marketing teams and laisse with digitalisation team to avoid duplication.
Social media management
Lead the development, adoption, and stewardship of social media both within the marketing team and across assets. Based on the overall social media setup and governance structure by the digitalisation team
Provide consultation to key stakeholders in the creation of innovative content plans to engage audiences in a social media space.
Install and oversee social metrics to provide insight into social and content performance as well as brand empathy.
Digital innovation management
Managing content and provide input on front end design of the website and bring enhancements to the marketing-focussed digital landscape through the digitalisation team
Oversee digital campaign plans to ensure they are innovative, brand led and effective.
Work with Regional Marketing teams across all assets to devise more effective integrated campaigns.
Digital performance management
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to website content
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search and social media, SEO and PPC in alignment with the SEO strategy.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Enhance analytic tools use and understanding, placing metrics at the heart of everything we do across digital.
