Join us to build the digital economy of tomorrow The roleCheckout.com is seeking an Associate, Deal Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team in our Dubai office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Commercial department.We seek someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organization. Within this role, you will work with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive.How you\'ll make an impactProvide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients\' needs while adhering to Checkout.com\'s policies.Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients\' profiles.Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructedCreate and review customer agreements/contractsSupport and adapt the execution of new processesIdentify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operatesBuild and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional serviceSupport with the onboarding of new colleaguesQualificationsWhat we\'re looking forVery detailed orientedExcellent customer service, customer-facing, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who can work independently with minimal supervisionFast learner and motivated by new challengesHumble and hungry to learnAble to work under pressure, multi-task, and consistently meet tight deadlinesSuperb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plusExperience using Salesforce is a plusFluent in EnglishAdditional InformationApply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don\'t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
