Join us. Undertakes delivery of complex projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities under minimal direction and while managing a team. Displays specialist sector knowledge and expertise, particularly in High-end Residential, Hospitality sectors and mixed-use developments. Experience with management of projects over US$ 1bn is preferred.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all cost consultancy services.Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients.Supervises and mentors more junior members of staff to enable their development, assisting with the graduate development programme where appropriate.Leading client engagement across the portfolio of projects.Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, generally within an end market sector.Manages the resources across a portfolio of projects, all within the established budgets.Accountable for briefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.Functioning as a Project Manager within the organization on up to 5 active projects.Manages internal project profitability and project commercial management using corporate systems (e.g. Oracle) as relevant.Responsible for timely billing and cash collection in compliance with contract terms.Responsible for ensuring that any additional work/changes in scope are approved by clients.Ensures all deliverables comply with the corporate project delivery system procedures.Complies with all QA requirements.Benchmarks project data.Participates in internal and external networking and business growth.ExperienceMinimum 12 years post graduate experienceQualificationsBachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or University.MRICS or equivalent accreditation.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the worlds trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle - from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
