As an Associate - Comms, PA & Sustainability , you will play a key role in the way we shape, create and develop our communications efforts both internally and externally across our markets, both locally and regionally working closely with many other functions within the company. talabat is also Great Place to Work certified - and as part of the Communications team, we contribute to telling the stories of both the organization and its people to the world!Whats on Your Plate? Assist in planning, editing and writing content for various internal and external initiatives. Draft content for multiple communications platforms such as - intranet, email, slack, corporate blog, regional social media pages etc. Collaborate with local and regional teams (Communications/Public Affairs/Corporate Responsibility, Brand, Logistics, CEO Office, COO Office, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition/Development, Employee Experience, etc.). Maintain project trackers and support projects across the region. Assist in developing regional Communication and Employer Branding strategies. Co-own monthly regional Town Halls with help from wider team. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages. Assist in defining our Employer Branding Guidelines, SOPs and projects as well as supporting in executing internal and external events. Prepare monthly reports for regional communication campaigns. Experiment with new, creative ways to reach internal employees and drive their engagement in prioritized company initiativesQualificationsWhat Did We Order? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations Between 1-2 years experience in communications Strong content development skills and experience drafting content Ability to interact with team members at all levels and senior stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Arabic (optional) Excellent communication and relationship development skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Experience working with leaders and senior management Detail oriented, agile and proactive with a sense of initiative A desire to develop your career in one of the most dynamic organizations in the region.
