Main Tasks and Responsibilities.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Financial Dimensions (Operating Budget / Financial Targets)- Financial Targets - N/AJob Dimensions- Quantifiable - Ensure turnaround time of companys listing is adhered - Non quantifiable - High standards of customer service. - Internal / External. - Attitudes and personal behaviour. - Compliance with ADCB related policies and proceduresMain Tasks (List main regular activities)Key responsibilities:- To conduct the re-listing and de-listing activity in line with laid down guidelines and monitor the inflow of CDMS request from business and CIU on daily basis. - Acquiring in-depth information regarding the concerned employer by using World Wide Web, Zawya and CBRB in order to arrive at a more precise judgment. - To assist Policy Manager-CDMS & Liaison in special projects as and when advised and driving the same to completion. - To initiate special visit in the event of suspected fraud, in-genuine documents, and inconsistent information or any other discrepancy observed.SkillsExperience and QualificationMinimum Education LevelBachelor's degreeExperienceMinimum 2 years\' experience in Retail BankingSpecialist Skills/Training required for the Job- Effective communicator in any medium, internally and externally - Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. - Have basic knowledge of risk concepts and banking products - Expert Knowledge in database management and MS office - Determined and self-motivated - Team player - inspires and encourages excellent performance in others to achieve common goals - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
