The role of an Associate Business Director is to take overall account and team leadership from a day-to-day perspective. This entails areas such as campaign level strategic planning, day-to-day operations management and ensuring best-in-class account management & client service.
You will be a leader of people and will be required to dedicate time & effort to growing your direct and indirect reportees to empower them to be the talent of the future.
Knowledge
1) Excellent grasp of communications strategy with a full understanding of how advertising works and key advertising principles
2) Develop a full understanding of the agency's planning framework model (HX Framework)
3) Develop a full understanding of clients' business with a high focus on the travel industry, competitors, OTA ecosystem, customers, objectives
4) Performance First approach, marketing, digital media, social media, mobile marketing, addressability, and advanced measurement models.
5) A thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available and build constructive relationships with key media owners where relevant.

Product
1) Digital Media experience with the ability to provide key strategic input on strategies, plans and deliverables.
2) Detailed understanding of all key digital Performance Media disciplines, including but not limited to SEM/SEO, Social, Programmatic (Display &Video), OTT, Connected TV & Affiliate Marketing.
3) Oversee the quality of work of the team to make ensure it delivers on the client's objectives
4) Ability to articulate and write specialist Point-of-View documents
5) Propose and implement the clients' digital roadmap making sure it delivers on their business objectives
People
1) To monitor day to day output of team, ensuring optimum delivery
2) To provide on the job training and learning opportunities for members of your teams
3) Achieve a good rapport with Publicis colleagues across all divisions, clients, other agencies and media owners
4) To ensure you are building the talent of tomorrow.
Operations
1) To ensure operational excellence through the scope of your client account remit. Ensuring a successful balance between client satisfaction and healthy team productivity.
