With more than 7,000 employees in over 100 offices around the world, Starcom partners with the world's leading marketers and brands, including Bank of America, Best Buy, Kellogg Company, KraftHeinz, McDonald's, Novartis, Samsung, Visa and more.Responsibility and Focus- To lead on the various assigned verticals growth taking into consideration clients and agencys KPIs- Create synergies between the various assigned verticals to ensure efficiencies and the rest of the client's business- To lead on media strategy development and day to day operations- To manage efficiently resources assigned and grow the team capabilities (mentoring, training, leading by example etc.)- To improve the client relationship by mastering the ongoing communication & relationship (personal & the team members) and growing clients business (proactively looking for solutions and ideas)- To build a client relationship where we are authoritative providers of sound and relevant communications advice.-To develop a client education & knowledge enhancement program in terms of media- Excellent grasp of communications strategy with a full understanding of how advertising works and key advertising principles- Lead the development and execution of media plans across multiple clients and industries, taking into account both the client's and the agency's key performance indicators.Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency- To be proactively involved in companywide initiatives as appropriate to the role.- A comprehensive knowledge of all specialist teams, the ability to sell to clients relevant services- A sound understanding of trading issues and how these impacts on media strategy- To proactively drive efficiencies for the account, the client and the agencyInnovative & Analytical Mindset- Expertise in all research data, including client research such as: Sales Data, Awareness tracking, Competitive Data etc- Be familiar with and able to sell advanced research tool (GWI, Euromonitor, SimilarWeb, WARC...)- A thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available and build constructive relationships with key media owners where relevant- Breaks down problems and issues into sub-components and then assesses the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting a particular approach.
Can analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses and then combine these with knowledge of the industry, market and organization to develop long-term strategy

Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.- Experience in business development, and industry representation.- Digital Certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snap Chat, Twitter & TikTok, in addition to an in-depth understanding of industry developments & initiatives I.e.: commerce, Metaverse, NFTs, etc.
