As Associate Business Director - Delivery at our agency, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and business goals. Your role will encompass managing cross-functional teams, aligning project outcomes with strategic objectives, and fostering continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Main tasks:
Technical & Product
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and industry trends relevant to IT and digital projects.
• Assess and integrate new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and potential challenges.
• Ensure proper resource allocation based on technical expertise and project needs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Evaluate and implement project management software and tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's (BSc) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10-12+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 4 years in a senior technical or delivery role, experience as a BA, SA or PO considered a plus
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, integration patterns, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale IT projects with multiple system integrations and dependencies, experience in digital transformation projects considered a plus
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and technical trade-offs
• Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams towards delivering high-quality, innovative solutions
• Client-centric mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value through technology solutions
• Strong technical background in IT and digital technologies
• Professional certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT and digital projects
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities
