Qualifications
Bachelor\'s (BSc) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred
10-12+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 4 years in a senior technical or delivery role, experience as a BA, SA or PO considered a plus
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, integration patterns, and cloud technologies
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale IT projects with multiple system integrations and dependencies, experience in digital transformation projects considered a plus
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and technical trade-offs
Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams towards delivering high-quality, innovative solutions

Strong technical background in IT and digital technologies
