Associate Brand Manager ( 1 year fixed - term contract)

Essity is looking for an Associate Brand Manager who will be based in Dubai to work with our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods business unit on a 1 year fixed-term contract. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong technical abilities, passionate about what they do and has the ability to add value and walk the path in growing our business with us

About the Role As an Associate Brand Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a crucial role in supporting brand success within local markets. Whether overseeing a small brand or managing a segment of a larger one, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate closely with the (Senior) Brand Manager to drive brand performance. What You Will Do

• Support the (Senior) Brand Manager to drive brand success in local markets, such as brand P/L and market share development. You can own a small brand or a segment of a larger brand.
• Contribute to defining annual brand plans: own brand A&P and define brand activation touch points in line with global guidance.
• Responsible for sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation & monitoring.
• Contribute to Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking and corrective actions.
• Responsible of achieving the business case and leads and survive all phases including phase in/phase out, distribution and brand activation.
• Support with brand analysis and recommends corrective actions.

Who You Are

• Must have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business, communications, or advertising.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in junior marketing or advertising roles.
• Must have successful management of agencies (creative, media, influencer, production, event).
• Must have creativity: ability to think creatively and develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Must have knowledge of digital marketing channels and experience in the set up and execution of media plans.
• Must have experience in overlooking creative assets and giving constructive feedback.
• Must have experience in managing budgets.
• Must have experience in coordinating events for defined activities.
• Must have experience in compiling and submitting documents for product registration.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential with good communication skills.
