developing and carrying out highly impactful and efficient marketing programs focusing on the Adult portfolio
recommending local marketing strategies and tactics
giving input to the BU marketing strategy and country forecast/sales planning
identifying and driving local market opportunities (digital, partnership, PR, event, co-promotion, competitions, etc.)
tracking results vs. goals and lead analysis of business drivers to adjust plans
working closely with local sales teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans
material development and execution of consumer events, events management including set up, execution and post event analysis
localization of centrally developed campaigns TV, print, internet or development of tailored made activates
building local insights about consumer and shopper
briefing and creating the ATL plan in cooperation with local media agencies

Consistent track record of experience in marketing, preferably in one of the following industries (gaming, electronics, entertainment, hobbies, automotive, fashion)
Focused on execution and following through
Able to lead collaboration with multiple agency partners from remote location
Excellent communication skills
Positive energy and drive
Open to learn and acquire new skills
Ability to travel 20% of time
