Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support during internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Maintain Payroll records, handle payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize accounting software and systems to record and process financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in UAE.
• CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
