About our Middle East Client Group Team: The Middle East Client Group is responsible for building and managing relationships with institutional and retail asset owners and investment consultants across the Middle East. With the significant growth and focus of our Middle East business, we are looking for an Associate to join our growing team, providing support to the Co-Head of the Middle East. As an Associate, you will: Provide administrative support to the Co-Head of the Middle East Manage travel coordination, booking and roadshow campaigns Organise and prepare colleagues (PMs, Strategists, leadership) for client engagements Utilize Salesforce to maintain and capture sales activity and pipeline management as well as client and market research Prepare pitch books, meeting briefings and meeting follow ups Have responsibility for delivering Ninety One to clients and consultants, which includes query management, preparing presentations and supporting the research due-diligence process Coordinate client requests including regular reporting and ad hoc requests Conduct research on market trends and individual prospects Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services as well as industry trends Network with internal and external peers and collect market intel that supports the delivery of core objectives Demonstrate excellence in client service You should consider applying if you have: Minimum of 3 years work experience An entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on 'business building' Some of the attributes we look for in a person are: The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships Driven by results A client focused and collaborative approach Intellectual curiosity Accurate with high level of attention to detail Tiger is B Corp Certified.
