Position: Warehouse Assistant Manager (Spare Parts)
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years in spare parts inventory management or retail management. Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and SAP software.
Leadership Skills : Proven leadership skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, to effectively motivate and mentor team members.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to customer-focused service, ensuring exceptional experiences.
Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing stress effectively.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with automotive spare parts is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management : Implement technical aspects of spare parts inventory, including the use of advanced tracking systems and software.
Operational Efficiency : Champion best practices in spare parts handling, storage, and organization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate inventory systems seamlessly with company processes.
Technical Support : Provide guidance and support to staff on inventory management procedures and troubleshoot technical issues.
Innovation Implementation : Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies, boosting operational efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends in stock movement, sales, and customer demand.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct inventory audits and reconciliation, identify improvement areas, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Team Management : Lead and manage team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring professional growth and development.
Leadership: Exemplify strong leadership across departmental operations, encouraging team members to achieve excellence and uphold high standards consistently.
Industry Awareness: Keep well-informed of the latest trends and technological advancements in inventory management systems and recommend system upgrades or changes as needed
