Manages the compensation and benefits role including but not limited to; payroll administration, promotion and salary increases
Prepares documents that need to be submitted for all promotion and salary increase cases
Manages manpower planning tracker on an up to date basis
Prepare promotion and salary increase letters
Prepare offer letters for new recruits
Prepare and all documents required for the Job Evaluation of the position
Regularly coordinates with external parties for the completion of tasks at hand
Represent the company with external parties. Provide regular reports for dashboard
Any other tasks assigned by LM & management

More than 10 Years of experience as an HR Generalist and Specialist.
Holding a Bachelors / Master\'s degree with specialization in HR / Personnel Management & Business Administration
Knowledge of SAP system
Have worked in compensation and benefits area including payroll administration
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
