Collaborate with the Account Manager and Business Unit to identify training needs and objectives based on organizational goals and employee performance gaps
Customer
Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops, either in-person or through virtual platforms, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience
Support trainers and subject matter experts in delivering training content effectively, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training requirements, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation
Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for participants by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety guidelines
Process
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the training requirements , ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedback, and make recommendations for improvements
Assist in monitoring the impact of training on employee performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Innovation
Conduct research on industry best practices and innovative training techniques to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
Assist in designing and developing training programs, materials, and resources, incorporating various instructional methods and technologies
SkillsSelection Criteria
Graduate in a degree in Facility Management, Education, or a related field
Candidate with 5-7 of experience in a training department and a Transguard EPT level 5
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in conducting quality assurance checks and addressing compliance issues in eLearning content and delivery
