Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the BU training, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing administrative support. • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Business Unit to identify training needs and objectives based on organizational goals and employee performance gaps

Customer

• Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops, either in-person or through virtual platforms, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience
• Support trainers and subject matter experts in delivering training content effectively, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training requirements, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for participants by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety guidelines

Process

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the training requirements , ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedback, and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in monitoring the impact of training on employee performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Innovation

• Conduct research on industry best practices and innovative training techniques to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
• Assist in designing and developing training programs, materials, and resources, incorporating various instructional methods and technologies

SkillsSelection Criteria

• Graduate in a degree in Facility Management, Education, or a related field
• Candidate with 5-7 of experience in a training department and a Transguard EPT level 5
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in conducting quality assurance checks and addressing compliance issues in eLearning content and delivery
• BICS Certified
• CIPD certified candidate is preferred
