Job Description
:Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on construction and heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using mechanical and electronic tools.
- Recommend parts and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance, adjustments, and fluid level checks.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Assist and train junior staff in repair techniques.
- Perform detailed inspections and write technical reports.
- Follow repair manuals and list required parts for repairs.
- Discuss repair plans and durations with supervisors.
- Ensure repairs are completed within quoted amounts and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain good working relationships and follow health and safety laws.
- Responsible for workshop tools and service manuals.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
