Requirements:
Applicant must have 2 years of banking experience in thr UAE as an Assistant Team Leader role.
Ability to handle the team and achieve the monthly sales target.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and adherence to banking industry standards.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail banking sector.
