Job Title: Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a friendly and supportive assistant teacher to join our team. As an assistant teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, supporting students in their academic and social development, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans

- Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance

- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance

- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Provide feedback to students and communicate with parents as needed

- Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require an associate's or bachelor's degree in Education or a related field)

- Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
