Qualifications
Experience as an Assistant HR Manager within branded Hotels
Russian Language is a must for this position
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR Best Practice and the ability to support all areas of the business
Experience of researching, developing and implementing HR related policies, procedures and practices
Highly motivated with a flexible approach to work
Organized, disciplined, confident and personable
Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
