As the Assistant Store Manager , you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a team of associates. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the brand while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership : Assist in achieving store sales goals and driving performance through effective coaching and motivation of the sales team.
• Customer Experience : Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by providing high-level customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Team Management : Support recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
• Visual Merchandising : Help maintain visual standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines to enhance the shopping environment.
• Inventory Management : Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
• Operational Excellence : Support daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Brand Ambassadorship : Promote the Titan brand values and culture, ensuring all team members embody the brand's commitment to luxury and excellence.
Qualifications
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
