The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business, balancing between sales strategies, customer experience, team leadership, and operational responsibilities.
The Store Manager will lead all operational, business, and team aspects of the fashion store, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards.
Sales & Customer Experience:
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and support the team in upholding the standards.
Drive store sales goals and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
Ensure achievement of financial and strategic objectives, while encouraging and supporting a continued focus amongst the team.
Ensure that the team provides an exceptional in-store experience by building genuine customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Participate actively and positively in the elaboration of the budget for the Boutique.
Participate in buying sessions and appointments; select a stock assortment which will provide the optimum choice for the Boutique\'s customers.
Ensure the efficient management of stock and control procedures.
Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in line with the brand\'s image and values.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
Analyze sales figures and forecasts to optimize store performance.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to headquarters or regional management.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales associates and assistant managers.
