Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Store Management: Support the Store Manager in all daily operations, including staff management, customer engagement, inventory control, and sales performance.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding customer experience by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product recommendations.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
• Sales Performance: Assist in setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and displays are well-organized, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with brand standards to enhance customer experience.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize store processes, assist with scheduling, and enforce company policies to improve operational efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product lines and industry trends to provide customers with informed recommendations and insights.
• E-commerce Integration: Coordinate with the e-commerce team to manage online order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a retail or e-commerce environment, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is highly desirable.
