Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To manage the incoming, storage and dispatch of all materials and machineries used for projects and otherwise..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collect, process, and document all materials received and manage inventory activities as necessary.

Receiving all materials from suppliers and store them accordingly.

Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages.

Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales and production reports.

Inventory items according to location and store policy.

Assign material or machinery assignment form and keep track of materials and consumables used.

Keep store clean, organized, and stocked with material according to requirements and business operating plan.

Keep track of all machineries, tools and tackles in the store and segregate them as per their condition.

Release materials as per the manufacturing order.

Submit monthly inventory report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
