Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager for a luxury hotel spa in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate will come from a luxury 5 star hotel background and will either be already in an assistant spa manager position or be at head therapist/ team leader level and ready for a next step up.The Assistant Manager Spa is responsible for, but not limited to:

To assist and support Spa Manager in organizing and supervising the operation.
To supervise reception operation. To assist and fill in at reception as often as needed.
To assist in supervising Spa Team Leaders and associates, maintaining the highest quality of service and standards in the different departments of the Spa. Observes all activity within assigned areas, offering assistance and instruction to all guests.
To continually learn and become knowledgeable in Spa, wellness services and therapies, health and wellness programmes.
To Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spa.

Experience

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years' spa supervision experience in a luxury spa environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
A background in fitness education and/or health related discipline is an asset
